TwentyFour is pleased to announce that Silvia Piva has joined the firm.

Silvia has joined the firm as a Portfolio Manager on the ABS team. Silvia joins from RBS where she spent almost nine years, most recently as a Director on the UK & Ireland Asset Backed Finance team. During her time at RBS Silvia gained significant experience originating and structuring securitisations and warehouses for UK Building Societies and specialist lenders, as well as a secondment to RBS Treasury reshaping their secured funding programmes. Prior to RBS, Silvia was in Corporate Finance at Garnell Advisory in Milan.

Silvia joins the team to work primarily on UK Mortgages Ltd, the closed-ended fund launched in July 2015, which invests in UK residential mortgage pools and funding them in the UK RMBS market.

In addition, Shilpa Pathak is moving role internally to focus on UK Mortgages Ltd. Shilpa joined TwentyFour in 2013 as an analyst on the ABS team with specific responsibility for developing the system architecture and security modelling; this background allows her to assume responsibility for the proprietary modelling for the Fund, from mortgage pool pricing through to liability structure and rating.
