Sujan joined TwentyFour Asset Management (TwentyFour) in 2015 and serves as the firm's CCO. She became a partner in 2021 and a member of the firm's Executive Committee in 2022.
As CCO, Sujan has day-to-day responsibility for overall corporate and portfolio compliance. She provides advice to management on regulatory matters, monitors compliance and provides independent assurance to the Management Board that the firm is acting compliantly, by integrating compliance into its day-to-day business operations. Sujan is also a member of TwentyFour's Risk & Compliance, ESG, Product Governance and Legal & Regulatory Committees.
Sujan has over 19 years of experience in asset management, 9 of which were in product development at Sarasin Partners LLP, providing industry and regulatory advice as well as corporate governance of the management company boards.
